The Kennel Club of Philadelphia will host a series of benched, all-breed dog shows on November 19 & 20, 2011. See over 2,000 top competing American Kennel Club (AKC) sanctioned dogs from across the country. Over 170 breeds will compete under judges for Best in Breed, Group and Best in Show honors in front of live audiences. A “benched” show, means that all dogs will be on-site throughout the weekend—it’s a perfect way to meet the owners, learn about the breeds and see for yourself why dogs truly are man’s best friend!
WHEN: Saturday, November 19th 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Saturday’s highlights include The 10th Annual National Dog Show Presented by Purina®, filmed at the Expo Center in Oaks, PA and telecast by NBC to nearly 20 million viewers immediately following the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Sunday November 20th 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - Sunday, see Best in Breed, Group and Best in Show judging, plus enjoy such family-friendly attractions as the incredible Diving Dogs, Go Dogs agility demos, plus many other exciting activities and hands-on fun.
